REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it partially or fully. For prepaid orders, the amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
The refund should reflect in your account within 2-7 business days.
ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET:
While we take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive safely, there may be situations beyond our control where items get damaged during transit. In such cases, we will either replace the item or cancel your order, based on your preference.
Action: Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged items. A refund will be processed only after we inspect the damaged items. Kindly provide photographs of the damage for faster processing.
INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED:
We are proud of the efficiency of our fulfillment process, but in the rare case that you receive items different from what you ordered, we will send the correct items to you right away.
Action: Contact us at support@farmiyan.com with your order ID and the details of the incorrect items. We will respond within 48 hours and arrange a reverse pickup where possible. Refund or replacement will be processed after the incorrect item is shipped back to us.
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement
1. Damages due to misuse of product.
2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
4. Products with tampered or missing serial/batch numbers.
5. Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
6. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories,
including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally
included with the product(s) delivered.
